Reception, Housekeeping & General duties – We have openings for individuals that thrive in a front-of-house position, eager to welcome the ever-growing community at Rockcity. The centre also requires attentive housekeeping, to keep the areas presentable and workplace organised. The reception desk has a diverse list of general duties and tasks to fulfil.
Route Setters – With one of the largest indoor climbing centres in the UK we have an enormous amount of route setting happening every week. We are looking for the talent that will dazzle our climbers with the next level of exciting moves.
Climbing Instructors – We are looking for motivated, experienced and qualified climbing instructors and coaches. As a NICAS and NIBAS Primary Centre, combined with both roped and bouldering courses we are looking for the right people to motivate and energise those interested in a life of climbing.
Dream Team – Join the Dream Team of centre staff that work hard behind the scenes to make sure that the centre is clean, prepped and ready for the next day. Stripping and cleaning holds, plenty of vacuuming and helping the Maintenance Manager keep the centre tip top.
Hours and Pay – We can offer Part-Time and Full-Time posts. We pay competitive rates for all jobs based on performance and experience. All wages exceed the Minimum National Living Wage standards and are comparative with all cities in the UK, including London rates.
